Scale your AI product, not the work around it.

Every new customer brings more files, more traffic, more security reviews and more vendors. ApyHub runs the services around your AI product, so your team grows the product while the operational layer scales with you. One subscription. One catalog.

AI-first product companies

Teams whose product is built on models and who want engineers on the product, away from the services around it.

Established companies adding AI

Product groups shipping AI features inside existing software, with security and procurement standards already in place.

Platform and engineering leaders

Teams that want one governed layer for every external service their developers and agents use.

Regulated industries

Finance, legal, insurance and HR products that must show where data goes and who processes it.

What you get

Building it is easy. Running it is the job. ApyHub runs it.

Teams that move the services around their AI product onto ApyHub stop carrying the maintenance, the vendors and the compliance work that come with them.

How we start

How does a company get started with ApyHub?

Start with one problem and grow into the kits. Most teams begin with the capability that costs them the most time today, then add kits through the same key and contract.

1

Map what you operate

A 30-minute operating cost assessment with our team, using your own numbers.

2

Start with one painful capability

Integrate once through the API or MCP. Production-ready from day one.

3

Add kits as you grow

New capabilities through the same key and contract, with no new integration cycle.

If the operating cost turns out small for your team, we will tell you.

Your engineers build the plane. We run the airline.

Let's talk about how to map what your team operates today and what the ApyHub kits can take off it.

FAQ

Questions companies ask first.

Getting started

Who is ApyHub for companies for?

Companies building AI-first products, and established companies adding AI to their products. It fits teams that want their engineers on the product while ApyHub runs the services around it with the support, controls and compliance their customers expect.

Which AI agents can use ApyHub?

Any MCP-compatible agent, including Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Mistral Le Chat. One ApyHub MCP server gives them the kits your organization allows, with the same policies, regions and usage tracking as your API calls.

Do we have to drop our existing vendors?

No. Most teams route new capabilities through ApyHub first and move existing ones over at their natural renewal dates.

Security and compliance

Which regions do you run in?

The EU and the US. You choose where your requests run, so latency stays low for your users, and workloads that must stay in the EU can be restricted to EU processing.

Where is our data processed, and what is retained?

Each service publishes its processing location and its retention and deletion behavior, so you can check both before you call it.

How do you verify services before they enter the catalog?

Every service goes through a review before listing. We check what it does, where it runs, how it handles data, and whether the provider has the rights to the data it serves. APIs that break a third party's terms, such as unauthorized scraping, are rejected.

What does certification cover?

Each service carries a machine-readable record of where it runs, what it retains, the sub-processors behind it, and its alignment with GDPR, SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Your security team can read it, your developers can filter on it, and your agents can check it.

How does ApyHub fit our compliance policy?

Set your organization's policy once, for example EU processing only. ApyHub matches every service in the catalog against it, so your teams only use services that comply.

How do you handle GDPR?

ApyHub B.V. is an EU company and operates under GDPR. Processing location and retention are published per service, and EU-only workloads can stay in the EU.

Do you support single sign-on?

Yes. Company plans include single sign-on with SAML, so your team signs in through your identity provider. Roles and permissions control who can manage keys, billing and policies.

Operations and support

What happens if a service goes down?

Every service has a fallback. If the primary route fails, requests move to the backup automatically, and our team handles the incident while your product keeps running.

Can limits match our traffic peaks?

Yes. Throttling and burst limits are configured around your use cases as part of your plan, so seasonal peaks, batch jobs and agent workloads go through without interruption.

What support do we get?

Dedicated support from a named team that knows your setup, guided onboarding, and a direct escalation path for anything urgent.

Plans

How is pricing for companies structured?

Plans for companies are custom and usage-based. We size each plan to the kits you use, your expected volume and your compliance requirements, with volume commitments and annual invoicing available. Every call shows its cost, and you can allocate usage across teams. Get in touch and we will put a plan together with you.
