### Validate an Aadhaar number

`POST https://api.eu.apyverse.com/provider-revenue/validate-aadhaar-api` · 500 atoms · accepts `application/json` · returns `application/json`

#### Quickstart

Validate a 12-digit Aadhaar number by sending it in a JSON body.

```bash
curl -X POST "https://api.eu.apyverse.com/provider-revenue/validate-aadhaar-api" \
  -H "apy-token: $APY_TOKEN" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"aadhaar":"568095088801"}'
```

#### What you'll get back

Returns a JSON object with a `data` boolean field — `true` when the Aadhaar number is valid, `false` otherwise.

```json
{
  "data": true
}
```

## About

## What it does
Aadhaar Validator checks whether a 12-digit Aadhaar number is valid. Send the Aadhaar value in the request body and get a boolean response back in `data`.

Use Aadhaar Validator when you need a fast identity-format check before you save a user record, start an onboarding flow, or queue a downstream verification step. It accepts numeric digits only, so it fits cleanly into form validation and server-side checks.

The response is intentionally simple: `data` is `true` or `false`. That makes it easy to plug into existing logic without parsing extra metadata or region details.

If you are building KYC, account signup, or internal data-quality checks for Indian identity numbers, Aadhaar Validator gives you a direct yes-or-no result from a single field.
